Cleaning:  We provide a professional and thorough cleaning service, using high quality cleaning materials, as and when requested by you.  All walls, ceilings and furniture will be dusted, bathrooms and kitchens cleaned and windows will be washed internally.  Floors will be swept and washed using anti-bacterial liquid.  Rugs and carpets will be vacuumed.  Rubbish will be removed and placed in the nearest municipal bins.  Bins will be washed and bin bags will be replaced.  Garden furniture will be washed and cushions laundered as and when necessary for an additional charge.   If your property is rented, we can arrange to clean your property within 24 hours or before new clients arrive, whichever is considered most appropriate. 

Start of Season/Spring Clean:  We take great pride in the management of our properties and feel that, periodically, they will need a full spring clean and airing.  Our normal cleaning schedule will be enhanced by spending additional time at your property, including a thorough disinfection of kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring that everything is ready for the arrival of owners or their guests.  The property will be left looking and smelling fresh and clean to your highest expectations.

End of Season/Final Clean:  We feel this service is particularly necessary for properties that are rented regularly throughout the year.  We will ensure bathrooms and kitchens are disinfected thoroughly and tiled walls, taps and showers de-scaled where possible.  Garden furniture will be cleaned and stored away appropriately for the autumn or winter period, whichever is applicable.

Laundry:  Linen and towels will be professionally laundered at the end of each rental period and then returned to the property, in good time for the next occupancy.  This service can also be offered prior to the arrival of our property owners.  Our charges include the cleaning of all bed linen, one hand towel and one bath towel per person.  Beds will also be made up ready for the arrival of clients or owners.

Welcome Packs:  We are in a position where we can provide a competitively priced Welcome Pack, as we hold accounts with many trade suppliers along the coast.  Therefore, our standard Welcome Pack will include a variety of items such as milk, water, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, jams & marmalades, cereals, eggs, orange juice, beer & wine.  We highly recommend this service for late night & weekend arrivals.  We are also able to offer a more comprehensive Pack, which can include a diverse selection of groceries, beer, wine and spirits.  Simply let us know your requirements and we will be happy to price accordingly.

Property Maintenance & Building Services:  There will be an on-going need for maintenance of your property.  We have worked for many years with high quality tradesmen who are fully registered to work legally within Spain, holding the relevant qualifications and insurances within their field.  From a dripping tap to a complete refurbishment, we can ensure all works are finished to the highest specification.  Where necessary, all licences will be obtained by the tradesmen prior to the commencement of any work, for your peace of mind.   We undertake to keep in contact with you and will email photographs of the work on a regular basis.

All prices quoted above are exclusive of IVA (21%) and are subject to pre-inspection, evaluation and agreement between the owner and Inspire Property Management and may therefore be subject to amendment.
